For Custom AI Solutions Development, Ftech-it offers two pricing models: Fixed Price and Time & Materials.Fixed Price works best when the scope, requirements, and deliverables are clearly defined upfront. Time & Materials is a more flexible model that allows the scope and priorities to evolve as the project moves forward.
Fixed Price
A Fixed Price project starts with a clearly defined and agreed scope before development begins. Based on that scope, we set the timeline, break the work into stages, and execute against a structured delivery plan. The total project cost is agreed upfront, and you pay fixed, pre-agreed amounts for clearly defined stages of functionality, with a predictable result defined in advance.
Time & Materials
A Time & Materials model is a more flexible setup where you pay for the actual hours worked, plus any agreed additional costs. At the start of the project, we align on the initial scope and agree on hourly rates for the team. At the end of each month, you pay for the hours actually delivered. This model gives you more flexibility during delivery: you can change scope, replace one feature with another, or start a new module as your priorities evolve. It helps move forward and implement ideas without delays.
